The Process to avail of this Program and to ensure efficacy when it comes to actually achieving the targets is as follows :
Step 1 : Our Team of Experts do a Baseline Assessment of your needs, either over a Call / Whatsapp / Fnviting you to fill in the Basic Assessment Quiz on the Website ('Take the Quiz" section)
Step 2 : Based on the Assessment, you will receive details of our Analyses and Program Recommendations and Price Options
Step 3 : Youcan Select your Program, Select the Duration of the Program you want to go in for, Opt for the Number of Meals you wish to avail of from us
Step 4 : Based on your selection, Team will Whatsapp you the commercial details of the program
Step 5 : Once you have made the payment, the Expert assigned to you would be doing a Detailed Assessment of your Lifestyle and Dietary Habits to fine tune the calculations further. The Expert will also guide you through small changes that you can incorporate in your daily routine to make the Program work better
Step 6 : We will initiate deliveries of the food to your assigned Home/Office Addresses
Step 7 : The Expert assigned to you would be following up with you every 10 days to monitor Progress and to make changes, if required, depending on how your body responds

1) How effective are these Programs?
A : If you follow everything our Experts suggest and you stick to our Food, Results will surely show. Whilst we cannot guarantee exactly how much of the results will show up in a certain timespan, since every human body is unique, we can ssure about the results being quite visible and evident.
2) How long do I need to subscribe for?
A : The duration would depend on the Target you set for yourself and your level of discipline and commitment and, most importantly, what can be done scientifically without jeopardising your health otherwise. 3) Do I need to pay for the entire Program at one go?
A : You have the option of paying for the entirety of your subscription at one go and in which case, you get additional discounts. You can also choose to pay Weekly.
4) Are the counselling Sessions Chargeable?
A : The initial 2 Counsellings are included within the Program commercials. For subsequent Counsellings, additional charges do apply.
5) What if I wish to discontinue the Program?
A : If you intimate us within 7 days of initiating the Program, we will adjust agains the balance and refund.
